Tours Available Until:

• Van & Walking tours are available up to 48 hours before departure.

• Flight tours are available up to 5 days before departure.

• Boat tour bookings must be made 48 hours before departure.

• Tours are first-come, first-served, there’s only 1 van and 1 driver.

Payments & Deposits:

• Etransfers are the preferred method of payment.

• Once your tour itinerary is agreed upon and confirmed, half of the total will be required as a deposit.

• If you cancel your reservation up to 168 hours (7 days) in advance, half of the deposit will be returned.  

• Deposits are non-refundable within 168 hours (7 days) before departure.

• Balance to be paid at start of your tour via cash or Etransfer.

• Credit Card payments available through Paypal for an additional 4.25%+hst.

• Full-charges apply for no-shows.

• Gratuities aren’t expected, but they are accepted.

Consumption:

• Locations are unable to serve guests who are intoxicated, or have any signs that they will become intoxicated during their experience. In fact, they don’t even want us on their property if this is the case. Therefore, over-consuming whilst on a Where It’s At Tour could mean an early tour end for your entire group. In summary, be cool.

GLITTER:

• I kindly ask that we keep the van a NO GLITTER ZONE.
  Anything that can fall off the body or clothing tends to stay in the van for months. Thank you so much for your understanding.
